As part of our time with Ottumwa Leadership Academy, we were assigned a community issue theme. We were tasked with learning about the issue, determining a need or problem, and providing a solution to improve it. Our group was assigned the project theme of Youth.

Our project will seek to connect students and young adults with career opportunities in
Wapello County and surrounding areas.
